These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the d63 platform and apply to all registered players in the Philippines. By creating an account and using any part of the platform — including sports events, casino-style games, finance tools, vouchers, and payment services — you agree to be bound by these terms in full. The Rules You Play By
These are the core terms that apply to every d63 account holder in the Philippines. Each section below covers a specific area of platform use — read them all before you start playing.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use the d63 platform. Only residents of the Philippines who meet the minimum age requirement are permitted to hold an active account. Each player is allowed to maintain one account only — duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information; providing false details is a violation of these terms and may lead to permanent account closure. d63 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to belong to ineligible individuals will be closed and any remaining balance may be withheld pending review.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All financial transactions on d63 are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) using local payment channels available in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they submit are accurate and belong to them — using another person's payment method is not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change with prior notice. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Payment section; d63 does not guarantee instant processing in all cases, as transactions may be subject to verification checks. Any attempt to exploit payment systems, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or manipulate transaction records will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action. All fees applicable to transactions, if any, will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
3. Platform Use and Fair Play
d63 provides access to sports events, casino-style games, High Roller features, and voucher rewards for personal entertainment purposes only. Players must use the platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. Any use of automated software, bots, scripts, or tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly forbidden. Collusion between players, match-fixing involvement, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform's games or sports events will result in immediate account termination without prior warning. d63 reserves the right to void any bets, transactions, or game results that are determined to have resulted from technical errors, software faults, or manipulation. All decisions made by d63 regarding fair play disputes are final and binding.
4. Vouchers and Promotions
Voucher codes and promotional offers available through the Voucher section are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time each promotion is offered. Vouchers are intended for single use per player unless otherwise stated and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. d63 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or circumstances beyond the platform's control. Players who attempt to exploit promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same voucher — will have their accounts suspended and any bonus-related winnings forfeited. Promotional terms, including any applicable wagering requirements, will be stated clearly when the promotion is made available and should be read carefully before participation.
5. Responsible Gaming
d63 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices for all Filipino players. Players are encouraged to play within their personal financial means and to treat gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. If you believe your gaming behaviour is becoming harmful, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion or limit-setting tools available on the platform. d63 may also impose restrictions on an account if the platform identifies patterns of play that suggest a player may be at risk, and such interventions are made in the interest of player welfare. 6. Account Security and Privacy
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d63 account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, and d63 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify d63 support immediately. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and d63 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the same subject matter. d63 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform. Your continued use of d63 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
d63 disclaims all liability for losses — financial or otherwise — that arise from your participation in games, sports events, or any other platform activity, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and while d63 makes every reasonable effort to ensure availability and accuracy, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional or game-specific terms, the more specific terms will take precedence in the context of that particular activity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of d63 that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
